ArchSoft contains hundreds of commands and symbols to help you with the production of 2D architectural construction drawings.
As an example, the Door command (shown below), inserts a door symbol, and trims the wall using only three pick points.

DOOR COMMAND EXAMPLE:

The first pick point (1) on the wall line establishes
hinge point (side) of door. Point (2) along the wall
line shows the direction for the door opening. Point
(3) indicates the opposite wall line.

The command then draws the jamb lines, trims the
wall lines and inserts the door using the values set
in the door dialog box. Values available include
door size, frame thickness and width, and door
setback from face of the exterior wall as shown
in this example. Door frame thickness can be
set to the same thickness of interior (2 line) walls.

Many single and double door types are available,
both Imperial (inches) or metric.
